How technology plays key roles in our lives

In the 20th century we rely on technology to do many of our every day task’s and over the years it has changed the way people live. Many people agreed that technology has become a new way of life and that our society has grown accustomed to having such sources as the internet and cell phones. Some people may argue that in today’s world we put technology ahead of us. This is true in many ways considering how we use cell phones and the internet to interact with each other. Our class is a great example of this, we communicate to each other without knowing who were actually talking to. In the past everything in the world was more personal and interactive. Now with the internet we can talk to anyone across the world. I am not saying that this is a bad, these are just examples of how technology has changed a majority of our lives. In today’s society people would not be able to live without cell phones, televisions, internet etc. These have become necessities in today’s world, but in the past had never existed. Privacy is also a main concern in today’s society. With the internet and GPS systems people can be tracked down to there every move. Technology has helped us immensely but has now become essential in today’s society when in the past it was just a convenient.
