Without a doubt at least once a day, if not numerous times throughout the day we are inundated with warnings and information about the H1N1 Swine Flu virus. What exactly is the H1N1 flu virus? H1N1 is a new strain of the typical flu virus that is spread from person to person, and it has transcended many territorial 'boundaries'. In just a few months it has spread to many countries around the world prompting a global flu pandemic, in turn causing mass hysteria among citizens world wide. Has this worry-some nature amongst us turned into something positive? I argue that is has, as people in general have become more conscientious of the spaces and places they are in and have come in contact with. More and more, countless public places and stores have also become aware of the increasing need to be sanitary, and have provided their patrons with the use of hand sanitizer. Although there have been countless unfortunate outcomes, this mundane and repetitive cry of H1N1 has in fact been very effective in that we are all more careful of how we can avoid the spread and contraction of germs. http://www.health.gov.on.ca/en/ccom/flu/h1n1/public/qanda.aspx

Did anyone get there H1N1 needle? if so did you feel sick after? It seems like everyone i speak with doesnt know if they should get it or not. Some people who even work in the health care that i know arent getting it because they dont know whats really in the drug. So i am just curious if anyone has gotten it or anyone they know.
Yes, I got the H1N1 shot nearly two weeks ago. My arm hurt for a couple of days, but that is to be expected. Other than that, I had absolutely no side effects.
